June 2022 DVD Release Spotlight

Thanks to ViaVision, some more classic TV shows are getting DVD releases in June (2022).

Heartbeat: Collection Four (Series 16 – 18)

Series 16 – 18 of the long-running British period drama.

Running for two successful decades and becoming staple Sunday-night viewing, Heartbeat won several prestigious TV awards – including Best Performing Peak-Time Drama in 1999 (beating Coronation Street), and a number of ITV Programme of the Year awards. Collection Four sees new addition Joe McFadden join star Jonathan Kerrigan, as their work as PCs takes them into the heart of community life in the fictional North Yorkshire village of Aidensfield. Set during the 1960s, this enduringly popular series interweaves crime and medical storylines, with a host of colourful characters and a wonderfully nostalgic soundtrack.

DVD release date 8 June.

Caroline In The City: The Complete Series

Starring Lea Thompson, from Back To The Future.

Caroline Duffy (Lea Thompson) is a successful cartoonist in Manhattan whose eclectic friends are sometimes the subjects of her comic strip. All 97 episodes from all 4 seasons of the hit 90’s sitcom are finally brought together on DVD for the first time in Australia. Featuring incredible guest stars including Matthew Perry, Jean Stapleton, David Hyde Pierce, John Landis, Phil Hartman, Jay Leno, Julie Andrews, and Shia LaBeouf.
