Thanks to ViaVision, some more classic TV shows are getting DVD releases in October (2022).

A Country Practice: Collection Eight (Seasons 13 & 14)

The conclusion to the long-running saga following the residents of Wandin Valley!

One of Australia’s most popular primetime television programmes, the multi award winning A Country Practice is a drama series about the residents of the small country town of Wandin Valley, New South Wales. This 31-disc set includes all 90 episodes from the 13th season – the final from the Seven Network era – and the final 30 episodes from the 14th series return on Network Ten.

DVD release date 5 October.

Pie in the Sky: The Complete Collection

All five series of the popular British mystery series starring Richard Griffiths!

Detective Inspector Henry Crabbe (Richard Griffiths) plans to retire after 25 years on the Force and opens his own restaurant – Pie in the Sky – much to the dismay of his superiors. After being shot on duty in his last case, his decision is reaffirmed; however when his conduct on that case is called into question he is forced to continue on a part-time basis by the duplicitous Assistant Chief Constable Freddy Fisher (Malcolm Sinclair), who is fully aware that Henry is the main reason why so many crimes get solved. How will Henry cope running a restaurant in tandem with his detective work?

Minder: The Complete Collection

Sons and Daughters: Collection Five

One of the most popular series in the early 1980s running from 1982 – 1987.
